Repeat Business
On A Schedule.
Vape retail lives on refill cycles and local intent, inside the tightest advertising rules in the category. We build the conservative channels hard — maps, geofencing and consented messaging — and automate the reorder.

What’s breaking
The strictest rules.
Nicotine and vapor restrictions stack on top of platform policy. Most agencies either ignore them or refuse the category.
Churn you can't see.
A customer switches to the shop closer to work and you find out from the deposit, three months late.
Local search neglect.
Incomplete profiles, wrong hours, thin location pages and no review cadence hand the map pack to someone else.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Vape is heavily restricted. What can we actually run?
Nicotine and vapor advertising carries federal and state restrictions on top of platform policy, so the mix is conservative: local search and maps, geofencing, owned SMS and email to consented customers, age-gated site experience, and brand or store-level creative that avoids product claims and youth-appealing imagery. We tell you what is off the table before you spend on it.
Is SMS allowed for vape shops?
Messaging to customers who gave explicit consent is standard practice, but carriers scrutinize the category hard. We register the brand and campaign, write opt-in and disclosure language to the standard carriers expect, age-flag the list, and keep content clear of prohibited claims. Approval is never guaranteed and we manage the filing directly.
How do reorder automations work?
Coil, pod and juice consumption is predictable. We build cycles off purchase history so a customer gets a reminder at roughly the point they run out, rather than a blast every Friday.
Do we need a separate page for each store?
Yes. Each location gets its own page, Google Business Profile, hours, photos, product highlights and review engine. One combined page splits your local signals and costs you map-pack position.
What about age verification?
Age-gated site entry, age-flagged audience targeting where platforms support it, and creative reviewed against restricted-category rules before it runs.
Can you work with a shop that also sells hemp or THCa?
Yes, and it is common. Mixed inventory means two different rule sets running on the same storefront. We segment creative, pages and campaigns so nicotine rules do not contaminate your hemp campaigns and vice versa.
