SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to text messages sent by Smoke Advertising to people who have given express written consent to receive them.
Consent
By checking the SMS consent box on our forms and providing your mobile number, you give express written consent to receive marketing and informational text messages from Smoke Advertising at that number, including messages sent using automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Smoke Advertising does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts to that number.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering or network conditions.
Age restriction
Text messaging is available only to individuals 21 years of age or older.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
