Email that hits the inbox

Sent Is Not
The Same As Seen.

Cannabis senders get filtered harder than almost any category. We fix the plumbing first, then the list, then the message — in that order, because the best copy in the world cannot outrun a broken sending reputation.

Illustrative data

What it is

Authentication and infrastructure

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly, a dedicated sending subdomain separated from your transactional mail, and a warm-up schedule that builds reputation instead of torching it.

List hygiene that hurts a little

Dead addresses, spam traps and never-openers come off the list. Volume drops, placement rises, and revenue follows placement.

Segmentation and triggers

Behavior, purchase recency, category preference and location drive the send. Broadcast blasts get replaced by sequences that earn engagement.

Placement monitoring

We monitor inbox placement and complaint rates, not just open rates, so problems surface before they become a blocklist entry.

How it runs

The working order.

  1. 01

    Audit

Authentication, reputation, list health and current placement measured.

  2. 02

    Rebuild

Domains authenticated, subdomain warmed, list cleaned and segmented.

  3. 03

    Automate

Welcome, browse, win-back and restock flows replace one-size blasts.

  4. 04

    Monitor

Placement, complaints and revenue per send tracked weekly.

What you get

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and monitored
  • Dedicated, warmed sending subdomain
  • List hygiene and suppression management
  • Behavior-triggered flows, not weekly blasts
  • Inbox placement and complaint-rate reporting
  • Revenue attributed per flow and per segment

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Why is our email going to spam?

Almost always a mix of three things: your sending domain is not properly authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC; you are on shared infrastructure with other cannabis senders who burned the reputation; and your list contains a high share of dead or never-engaged addresses. Content is rarely the first cause, though it becomes one once reputation is already damaged.

How long does deliverability recovery take?

Authentication is same-week. Reputation recovery on a warmed subdomain typically takes four to eight weeks of disciplined volume ramp and tight segmentation. Anyone promising a fix in days is going to blast your list and make it worse.

Do you replace our email platform?

Not necessarily. We work with what you have when it is workable, and move you when the platform itself is the constraint. What we always change is the sending domain setup, the list hygiene and the send strategy.

Can we email about THC products?

Email is an owned channel, so the platform policy problem largely disappears — but state advertising rules still apply and inbox providers still filter. We write to the rules in your state and keep creative out of the patterns that trigger filtering.
