Match confidence blends email, device, household and geo signals.

Illustrative data

What it is

Identity resolution, not guesswork

A lightweight script reads hashed device, email and household signals from visitors and matches them against a consumer identity graph. Each resolved record returns with a confidence score so you control the quality floor.

Menu-aware behavior

We track category and product-level browsing on your menu pages, so 'viewed carts twice, never ordered' becomes a segment instead of a hunch.

Suppression built in

Opt-outs, existing customers, do-not-contact records and privacy signals are suppressed before anything enters an audience or a send.

One source for every channel

Resolved profiles flow into SMS, email, paid audiences and lookalike modeling. One identity layer under every channel instead of five disconnected lists.

How it runs

The working order.

  1. 01

    Install

One script tag on your site and menu wrapper, verified across key templates.

  2. 02

    Resolve

Signals are matched and scored; low-confidence records are dropped.

  3. 03

    Enrich

Records gain behavior, geo and order history where available.

  4. 04

    Activate

Segments sync to SMS, email and paid platforms automatically.

What you get

  • Contactable profiles resolved from traffic you already paid for
  • Match confidence scoring with a configurable quality floor
  • Menu and category-level behavior segments
  • Automatic suppression of opt-outs and existing customers
  • Audience sync to SMS, email and ad platforms
  • Deletion and privacy-request handling

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does the pixel actually capture?

Hashed signals from visitors on your pages: device and browser fingerprint, hashed email where a visitor has previously identified themselves across the network, household-level geo, and on-site behavior such as which menu categories were viewed. Raw personal data is not exposed in the browser.

How accurate is the match?

Every resolved record carries a confidence score built from the number and quality of matching signals. We set a floor and discard anything below it. Volume matters less than list quality — a smaller, high-confidence list outperforms a large one that burns your sending reputation.

Is this compliant?

We operate on hashed identifiers, honor opt-out and suppression lists, respect Global Privacy Control signals, and support state privacy requirements including deletion requests. Your privacy policy needs disclosure language covering it — we supply the language and you have your counsel review it.

How long does installation take?

Usually under an hour of developer time: one script tag plus verification of your menu pages. Data starts resolving the same day; useful audience volume typically builds over two to four weeks.
