Geo-targeting & geofencing
Demand Has
An Address.
Your next hundred customers are already standing somewhere — in a competitor's line, at a festival, three blocks from your door. Geofencing turns that location into an audience you can reach for months.

What it is
Competitor conquesting
Polygon fences around competing stores collect devices that dwell long enough to be shoppers, not traffic. Those devices see your offer for as long as you want to pay for it.
Event and venue targeting
Concerts, festivals, stadiums, conventions and campuses. Build the audience during the event, activate it that night and for weeks after.
Household and lookalike expansion
Match devices to households, then model lookalikes off your highest-value customers instead of broad age-and-interest guesses.
Visit lift measurement
A holdout group shows how many fenced devices actually walked into your store versus how many would have anyway.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can you really target a competitor's parking lot?
Yes. We draw a polygon around the location and build an audience of devices seen inside it during your chosen window, then serve ads to those devices and their households afterward. Fence size, dwell time and lookback all matter — a fence that is too tight collects nothing, one that is too loose collects the highway.
How far back can you look?
Historical windows are typically available up to six months depending on the data source, which lets you build an audience from an event that already happened — a festival last summer, for instance.
What is household extension?
Devices seen in a fence are matched to a household, then the other devices in that household become reachable too. It expands reach without widening the geographic target.
Does geofencing work for delivery-only operators?
Well, actually — it is often better. You are not limited by a storefront, so the fence follows your delivery zones and the neighborhoods with the right demand index inside them.
